Growth Strategy Sprint · 4–6 weeks

You have a growth goal. Let’s work out how to get there.

Whether you’re trying to grow revenue, improve profitability or decide where to invest next, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back and build a commercially grounded plan to move forward.

Tailored engagement · 4–6 weeks · Priced on scope

You know where you want to go. But the path isn’t always clear.

01

Growth isn’t where you want it to be.

You’re putting in the work, but you’re not seeing the commercial progress you expected.

02

You’re making sales, but the numbers aren’t adding up.

Revenue is coming in, but profitability or sustainability remains a challenge.

03

You have opportunities, but don’t know where to focus.

New customers, products, markets or investments all compete for your limited resources.

04

You have an ambitious goal, but need a realistic plan.

You know what you want your business to achieve but need to work out what it will take to get there.

How I work · The Decision Design approach

Better growth starts with better choices.

Every business has limited time, money and capacity. The challenge isn’t just finding opportunities. It’s deciding which ones are worth pursuing, what to prioritise and what to leave behind.

01

Find the real problem

We start with your goal, then examine what’s happening in the business. We challenge assumptions, look at the evidence and separate symptoms from the underlying problem.

02

Surface and evaluate trade-offs

We explore your options and what each would demand of your time, money and resources. Using commercial analysis and evidence, we compare potential returns, risks and what you’d be giving up.

03

Choose where to focus

We identify the path that best supports your goals, then turn it into clear priorities, practical actions, and metrics and experiments that tell us whether it’s working.

The principle behind Decision Design: Every business choice is an investment of limited resources. The goal isn’t to pursue every opportunity, but to make the most informed choices about where those resources will create the greatest value.

Most Sprints run for 4–6 weeks. The exact scope and activities are agreed before we begin.

The outcome

Clarity on what matters. A plan you can act on.

01

A clearer understanding of the problem

Understand the barriers, opportunities and commercial realities shaping your business.

02

A commercially grounded strategy

Know which direction makes the most sense, why, and what assumptions or risks need attention.

03

A practical path forward

Walk away with clear priorities, next steps and ways to measure progress towards your goal.

Depending on your challenge, the work may involve customer insights, revenue planning, profitability analysis, financial modelling, scenario comparisons or testing assumptions.
